Perfect Grilled Burgers

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Cheese slices (optional)

Instructions:

- Form beef into 4 patties, slightly larger than buns
